The Carthage community remembered MLK’s legacy with various events this week.
The “Build a Beloved Community” Rally in the Hedberg Library featured students and staff sharing segments of Dr. King’s speeches to renounce hate.
Students, staff, and community members who embody Dr. King’s legacy were then honored at the MLK Legacy Awards in the A. F. Siebert Chapel.
